Terms of booking Once provisional dates have been confirmed with us, we will e-mail a booking form to you. Please complete this form and return it to us with your deposit (covering 25 per cent of the rental charge). Your full rental payment is due two months prior to the start of your holiday. If the booking is made with less than two months' notice, full payment is required immediately. There is a refundable deposit held against loss or damage. Cancellations If you cancel your holiday, we regret that any payments made are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any event requiring cancellation. Smoking The villa is strictly no-smoking, including the terraces and gardens.
